Ingredients for Carrot soup with curry

The peel of 1 lime or ½ lemon
1Large red onion
1000gCarrots
2Handfuls of chopped parsley
2-3cloveGarlic
250gPotatoes
5clLime or lemon juice
6tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Carrot soup with curry

To prepare the Carrot soup with curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel carrots and potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Boil for approx. 40 min. Do not add too much water to salt until they are well tender. Do not pour the water off; But mash the vegetables into a thick soup with a spellblender.

Season garlic and curry after taste in the oil, add the chopped onions and sweets until they are white. tips:
