Instructions for Carrot steaks with Tzatziki

To prepare the Carrot steaks with Tzatziki recipe, please follow these instructions:

Carrot Steaks:
Boil the potatoes and tear the carrot on the fine side of the roast chicken. Chop onions and garlic very well. Mash the potatoes well and mix them with all the other ingredients into a solid. Fry it to fry panels and pour them golden on a slip-light pan in a little olive oil.
Serve them with a pair of wells and Tzatziki as accessories.

tzatziki:
Cut / tear the cucumber into very thin slices and squeeze the wafer out of the slices in an old dish or the like. Mix cremefraich with garlic herb salt and freshly ground pepper and finally turn the cucumber slices in.
