Ingredients for Carry soup with coconut and chicken

Salt
0.5Chicken fintpillet of hull
1dlRice fx fuldkornsris
1.5lBoiled warm water
2Hønseboullion cubes
2canCoconut milk
2Red peppers, diced
300gFrozen peas
3-5Carrots in thin stems
3-5tspCurry
4cloveFinely chopped garlic
4Chopped onions

Instructions for Carry soup with coconut and chicken

To prepare the Carry soup with coconut and chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir onions on butter on a pan with medium heat for 5 minutes or until they are soft and white.
Then add curry and chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
Then add garlic and rose for 1 minute.
Bring water and boulie cubes in and stir thoroughly.
When boiling add rice and 2 tablespoons of salt. This should boil for the time indicated on the rice you use. (I used brown rice, with a cooking time of 30 minutes).
When the rice is cooked (check for), add carrots, peas and peppers together with coconut milk and screw down so that the dishes simmer for a minimum of 5 minutes. If you want your vegetables to be softer, add them at the same time as the rice.
Season with salt and curry.
Serve the dish with bread.
