10Green cocktail cherries in marachino
10Red cocktail cherries in marachino
2.5dlMilk
3dlWhipped cream
3tbspCandied orange peel

Instructions for Cassatais

To prepare the Cassatais recipe, please follow these instructions:

Give sugar and water a boil. Let the sugar layer cool. Mix sugar, milk, vanilla sugar, salt and whipped cream together. Mix the currants or raisins and wine in a bowl and let it stand for 5 min.
