To prepare the Celery Casserole with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into serving pieces. Brown them in a large pot, URf.eks. an iron pot. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add the water and let it boil up. Foam if necessary the surface clean.
