Ingredients for Championpaté

Pepper
Salt
1cloveGarlic
1dlCooked rice or bulgur
1tspThyme
2Eggs
2.5dlCream
3Onion
50gChopped nuts
50gCoconut oil or other oil/butter
500gChampion

Instructions for Championpaté

To prepare the Championpaté recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop champion, onion, garlic and nuts fine in food processor or other.

Put the mixture in the oil and add thyme.

Pour it into a stirrup and let it cool a little.

Stir eggs, cream and rice in the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the mixture into lubricated molds. Size does not matter, just take what you have or buy one-time aluforme.

Bake uncovered 1 hour in a preheated oven at 275 degrees.
