1tspVanilla sugar
100gIcing sugar
250gWheat flour

Instructions for Checkers

To prepare the Checkers recipe, please follow these instructions:

How to: Butter and flour together and break into pieces. Mix it with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix half of dough with cocoa.
Roll out dough into sticks and roll a bar of each together. Let the whole thing rest cold for an hour before the pieces cut out and bake.

Bake at approx. 175 gr until golden.

There must be 2 rounds of dough. 1 to the bright part of the cookies up, and a new one with added cocoa to the dark. All! love these here.
