To prepare the Cheese gratinated fish fillets recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roll the fish fillets with skin side facing inwards. Steam them in a wide-bottomed pan, in white wine with added salt in approximately 5 minutes, covered.

Put fish fillets in a baking dish. Sprinkle shrimp over.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, and fry them in butter. Pour the cream and clam chowder by, sprinkle flour over. Boil for a short completion to taste and pour it over.

Cakes right at the top of the oven until it is golden, approximately 10-20 minutes at 225 degrees.
