Ingredients for Cheese salad

Brønkarse and bladselleri leaves
Freshly ground pepper
Wholemeal bread
0.25tspCoarse salt
0.5tspFreshly grated ginger
0.5dlWater
1tspDijon mustard
100gBlue-and hvidskimmelost into cubes
100gCheddar, diced
2tbspLemon juice
2Firm ripe pears
3tbspOlive oil
5stemsLeaf celery into thin slices approx. 250 g

Instructions for Cheese salad

To prepare the Cheese salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the pears and remove core houses. Cut the pears into thin both. Advantage bladsellerien on 4 plates. Serve that end, the pears and the 2 kinds of cheese.
