Ingredients for Cherry muffins
| Cherries, fresh sweet | ||
| 1 | Eggs | |
| 1 | dl | Orange Marmalade |
| 1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
| 125 | g | Butter |
| 150 | g | Wheat flour |
| 2 | dl | Whole milk |
| 75 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
| 90 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Cherry muffins
To prepare the Cherry muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip eggs and sugar for easy egg mass. Stir in melted butter in under the whipping so milk, chopped cherries and grated marzipan. Mix the baking soda into the flour and stir it in, little by little.
Divide the batter in greased muffinsformer and set them in 220 degrees c. alm. oven. Frying time is 13-15 minutes.
Melt Orange Marmalade in a saucepan and strain it through a sieve. Basting the warm muffins and la them become cold. Garnish, if desired. with cherries.
