1.5dlCane sugar
2Egg yolks
300gWheat flour
350-500gPitted pickled cherries

Instructions for Cherry pie with cherry

To prepare the Cherry pie with cherry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the butter into pieces and mix well with the flour with sugar, oil and eggs. It will not be a solid dough but a greasy crumb. If the mass is too dry add a little more oil.
Pressure ca. 1/2 part of the mass in the bottom and sides of the pie shape to a solid bottom.

Serve cherries from the most moisture and spread them on the crumb. It will suit with berries and sprinkles / squeeze the rest of the dough lightly over.

Bake in oven oven at 200 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes.

Can be eaten hot as cold with whipped cream / cremefraishe if possible. Or without being absolutely a pleasure.
