Ingredients for Chess-cakes

0.5tbspCocoa
1Egg yolk
1Egg white
1tspVanilljesukker
100gButter or margarine
150gWheat flour
25gChopped almonds
3tbspPearl sugar
50gIcing sugar

Instructions for Chess-cakes

To prepare the Chess-cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the fat into the flour. Add sugar, vanilljesukker and egg yolk, and knead the dough quickly together.

Portion dough into two parts and knead cocoa in one part.

Scroll 2 bars of each potion.
Put 1 white and 1 Brown next to each other. Upstairs out the last two, mn with the white over the Brown, and vice versa. Put the cold an hour.

Cut the dough into thin slices and brush each cake with egg white. Sprinkle with a little Pearl sugar and ground almonds.

Set cakes on bagepapirs-coated baking sheets and bake them in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees, until golden. Let the cakes cool on the baking plate.
Gives approximately 45 PCs.
