To prepare the Chicken fillet with parmesan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Push 2 chicken fillets completely dry. Give them a quick bath in 1 egg whipped with 1 tablespoon of milk. Then the meat must be turned into a mixture of ½ dl rasp, freshly squeezed parmesan and a little pepper.

Stir the chicken fillets golden in rich olive oil. They must have about 4 minutes on each side and not more. Otherwise they become dry.

Mix a pair of finely chopped fennels, a handful of green olives with stone and 1 peeled lemon in thin slices. Season with salt, olive oil and freshly squeezed pepper.

Grease a pair of bruchetta with tapenade or add semi-dried tomatoes. Serve with the chicken fillets together with the salad.
