1Small hen or a big chicken
1bundleParsley, finely chopped
250gFrozen peas and carrots into cubes
3tbspWheat flour
5tbspButter

Instructions for Chicken fricassee

To prepare the Chicken fricassee recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the chicken in water until it is tender about 1 hour, depending on size and age.

Melt the fat in a pan and add the flour and stir together Pour approx. 5 dl. soup from the chicken in the sauce is smooth, stirring, add the vegetables and let gravy bugs in 5-7 min.

The hot meat from the boiled hen placed on a platter, gravy poured over and garnish with minced parsley.

Served with new potatoes and melted butter.
