1kgThawed frozen chicken bryststykker
1tspEast Indian curry
150gCream cheese naturel 37% (70 +)
2Finely chopped apples, e.g. coxorange (ca. 200 g.)
2Finely chopped yellow onions (about 100 g.)
25gButter
3dlChicken broth

To prepare the Chicken in Carry Sauce 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove the skins and legs from the chicken pieces and cut the meat into thin strips. Melt half of the butter in a sauce pan with high heat, but it does not burn. Season half of curry, onion, apple and chicken meat for approx. 2 min. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Bring the rest of the butter in the sauté pan. Chop the other half of the ingredients. Return the first serving to the pan and pour broth. Add cream cheese into smaller portions and warm the cream until the cream cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
