400gBamboo shoots, sliced

500gCoconut milk/cream

To prepare the Chicken in green curry (Gaeng kheow wan gai) recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chicken fillet is cut into mundane pieces. Bamboo shoots cut into spells of approx. 5 cm. Basil leaves are rinsed. Glue leaves are flushed and the middle string in the blade is removed. The chilli is cut into strips alongside.

Put some oil in a saucepan and add the curry paste with a little coconut milk. The curry paste must be dissolved in coconut milk. Add the chicken and sauté until the meat has changed color. The rest of the milk is added together with the glue leaves. Add fish sauce and sugar and cook it all. Add the bamboo shoots and simmer until the chicken is tender. Add the basil and chilli.

Take the right of the heat and server with jasmine rice.
