1cmToasted cinnamon stick

Instructions for Chicken in masaman Curry

To prepare the Chicken in masaman Curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into 5 cm strips. Boil meat in coconut milk until it is tender. Heat the coconut milk in a pan until the oil comes up to the surface, add the pasta. Boil until it smells. Pour the meat and add the peanuts. Season to taste so it is sweet, salty and sour by the addition of palm sugar, tamarind juice and lime juice.
