Ingredients for Chicken in yogurt

Salt
0.25gSaffron threads
1Lemon juice thereof
1tspCoriander seeds
1Red chili
1tspCumin seeds
2tbspFresh minced ginger
2Chicks
3tbspBoiling water
4cloveGarlic
5dlPlain yogurt

Instructions for Chicken in yogurt

To prepare the Chicken in yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse chickens well and remove any Quills etc. Share each chicken in 6-8 pieces.

Came the Saffron threads in a small bowl and pour 3 tbsp. boiling water over. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes. Shock saffron with water in a mortar.

The chicken: Set the oven at 200 degrees. Take the dish out of refrigerator. Remove the aluminium foil and set the dish in the Middle o the heating oven 35-40 minutes. Baste the meat with the marinade once or two during frying. Dot in lårkødet with a kødnål. Is the juice completely ready, the meat is finished.

Take the dish out of the oven and serve immediately (with rice)

Tips:
Instead of whole chickens, chicken breast may be used, as freed from ben.
