1tbspSour cream 18%
125gBacon
200gIceberg
250gCherry tomatoes
400gCooked/fried chicken

Instructions for Chicken Salad with pineapple

To prepare the Chicken Salad with pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:

Arrow the flesh from the cooked/fried chicken and cut it into suitable pieces.

Cut bacon slices into cubes and fry them until they are completely crisp. Let them cool on a paper towel.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Stir in dressing of sour cream, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, a little Finnish year chives and salt and pepper.

Turn the chicken, bacon, tomato and pineapple in the dressing.

Serve the salad on a platter and serve chicken salad on top served with baguettes.

Tips:
