Instructions for Chicken with curry sauce

To prepare the Chicken with curry sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the chicken and dry it well both inside and out. Cut it into pieces and brown pieces well on all sides in butter added curry. Cut the apple into small tern and add the chicken with broth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let the chicken roast under lid for approx. 40 min. Until completed. Boil the rice as indicated on the package. When the chicken is cooked, place the pieces in a dish and keep warm. Bring cream or chop into the pan and cook the sauce. Equalize with maizena if necessary. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chicken pieces with sauce, boiled rice and mangochutney.
