To prepare the Chicken wok in tomato, with low fat pommes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start peeling the potatoes, then chop them out and put some oil on them and sprinkle some basil and oregano over them. Put them in the oven at 175 degrees and leave them for approx. 45 minutes.

While in the oven, take the meat and cut it into small tern / elelr strips and put them in the wok with a little bit of oil. Brown the meat and pour it into a bowl.
