1canGreen chili or 1-2 fresh chili
1tspSalt
1tspSugar
1pkgActive dry yeast (12 grams)
13-14dlWheat flour
2tbspOil
3dlGrated cheese
5dlMilk

Instructions for Chili Bread

To prepare the Chili Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Oil and milk are heated to 45 degrees. Yeast, salt and half of the wheat flour are mixed in and kneaded well. Add chili and most of the flour, however, save 1 dl. Flour to form the loaves. Let the dough rise for 30-40 min. To double size. Pour the dough into 20 cups and let them adhere for 30 minutes. The balls are brushed with eggs and the cheese is poured over. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 min.
