Instructions for Chili con Carne 03

To prepare the Chili con Carne 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ox bow Brown vehemently in a large frying pan. seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides. An onion is complied by in quarters along with a few cloves of garlic.
The bow is covered with water and boil, covered, in a three hours at low heat.

When the bow is finished boiled taken it up and allow to cool slightly. Then "picked" it apart with your fingers. You can also cut the in tern, but the result is very bdre, if it is so tender that you can pick the. (Remember to save the soup.)

Who accepted a slt olive oil in the bottom of the Pan and warmed up. Then cumin finely cut garlic, onion into cubes and snack pepper into cubes. The Brown easily. Now granted the meat in and flipped around. Then tomatoes, chili and beans. Eventually accepted that soup in for consistency is a cross between soup and gullash. :-)
The right season with salt and pepper.

Tips:
Chili con Carne should of course be made from whole pieces of meat and not some lousy chopped kvaliet from the meat counter. In my opinion it can never become a proper Carne out of it! ;-) Serrano chilies are difficult to get hold of. You can grow them in the greenhouse or sometimes even be lucky enough to find them at udenladske greengrocers. The alternative to serrano, may be other fresh chili; URF.eks., Jalapeño or Habanero Cayenne. Avoid Asian chili for this right. If not that can be pastured fresh chili then attempts to grab at any chili powder without seeds and created by u.s. chillies. This is not an everyday recipe. Good food takes time! Why does the Court, of course, best with a hearty, homemade bread and possibly with a good homemade guacamole. Bon appétit!
