To prepare the Chili con Carne 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

The alternative to serrano, may be other fresh chili; URF.eks., Jalapeño or Habanero Cayenne. Avoid Asian chili for this right. If not that can be pastured fresh chili then attempts to grab at any chili powder without seeds and created by u.s. chillies. This is not an everyday recipe. Good food takes time!
