Ingredients for Chili Ketchup

Atamon
1Red bell pepper
2Small garlic
3Small cans tomato paste
4tbspVinegar
500gKetchup
6-10Fresh chilli, strength 3-6
8tbspSugar

Instructions for Chili Ketchup

To prepare the Chili Ketchup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop chili, garlic and pepper in small pieces.
Boil them in a pan with water so that it just covers the mixture. When the mixture is tender, vinegar and sugar are added. (May give a strong smell).
Give it all a boil.

Then add the ketchup and tomato paste and warm on under low heat until the mixture has a good consistency.

Add 2 capsulefuls with atamon when the mixture has cooled a little.

Then blend the mixture with a blender until the pulp is purified.
Add if necessary. Salt and extra spice according to taste.

Take jam and blame it with a mixture of hot water and atamon. Fill Ketchup on the glass and leave it open until the ketchup has cooled. It can then be stored in a refrigerator.
