Instructions for Chinese wrestling (the real)

To prepare the Chinese wrestling (the real) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and cook it tenderly. Cut onions in small pieces. Bring the margarine into a saucepan and add meat, cabbage, onions and salt, pepper and sugar in and fry until the meat is brown. Bring water and boil for a few minutes or until the water has evaporated almost completely. (It must not be for the water)

Pancakes: Bowl egg, milk water and salt into a bowl and stir the flour gradually after it has a suitable consistency. / Not too thin and not too thick)
Bring some margarine on the forehead (24 cm in diameter) and pour the dough when the margarine is melted. Make sure to fill the pan with the dough and put the remaining in the bowl again, as it must be thin pancakes.
Let them get a little color (but they should not get as dark as with ordinary pancakes because they can not be bent. Turn it on and on the other side too. Take it off and put sandwiches or baking paper between the pancakes as otherwise May break as you separate them. Let them cool.

Now take a pancake and put on the table and take 1-2 spoonful of "indian" and place it in the middle of the pancake.
Bend one side over the inside, then the other side and "glue" it with a mixture of flour and water. Then take both ends and close them together too and glue them the same way.

When the "glue" has become slightly dry, you can fry in a pot) or brush the spring rolls on the forehead until they are beautiful golden / brown

tips:
You can eat the spring rolls as they are or you can cut them in the middle and get Chinese soy, ketchup and 5-6 splash tabasco in. Well-groomed ;-)
