To prepare the Chocoladeis Ecorces d'Orange recipe, please follow these instructions:

The egg yolks are thoroughly whipped with cocoa powder, flour and half of the milk. The rest of the milk is poured into agitation.

The cream is whipped to foam (not too firm) and mixed gently.

The chocolate is chopped into small tern, approx. 3x3 mm, but not in the mix from the start.

Stir / freeze approx. 40 minutes in ice machine. The chocolate is added after 15 minutes.

Server ice with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
