To prepare the Chocolate and nutcookies recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grease 2 bake plates easily.

Whip the softened butter and sugar together into a light and creamy consistency. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and oatmeal and whip for a smooth mixture. Stir coarsely chopped chocolate and peanuts in the dough.

With a dessert box, fill the dough on the baking sheet with a little air between them. Push the cakes a little flat with a fork.

Bag in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15-20 minutes until they are slightly golden brown.
