1kgFresh strawberries
1bundleFresh chopped Mint
175gButter
2dlConcentrated elderflower juice
2lVanilla ice cream
200gHazelnut kernels
200gSugar
25gWheat flour
300gDark chocolate
6Eggs

Instructions for Chocolate cake with marinated strawberries

To prepare the Chocolate cake with marinated strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shake the hazelnuts in the oven at 200 * for approx. 10 minutes until the skull breaks. Rubbing the skull in a dish, and fining them in a minihakker.

Melt the chocolate over the water bath.

Whip the butter and sugar cream and whip the egg yolks in one at a time. Stir the finely chopped hazelnuts, wheat flour and chocolate into the dough and finally turn the pinch egg whites in.

Bring the dough into a greased mashed spring form and bag the cake at 175 * for approx. 45 min.

Shred the strawberries, cut the stems and cut them into thick slices. Bring the berries in a bowl and mix with mint. Pour the shelf of prawns over and let it last for at least an hour.

Serve the strawberries to the cake together with ice cream
