Ingredients for Chocolate fondant

100gChocolate (like around 60-65% cocoa content. I use odense chocolate (available in supermarket) and mixes a little 56% and 70% together)
100gButter
2Eggs (size l-xl)
2Egg yolks (size l-xl)
30gWheat flour
50gSugar

Instructions for Chocolate fondant

To prepare the Chocolate fondant recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slowly melt the chocolate over a water bath. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir melted chocolate and butter in a large bowl.

Eggs, egg yolks and sugar are whipped in another bowl. This is whipped until it gets a pale color and an airy texture, after which it is poured into the bowl with the chocolate batter and stirred well. The flour comes in and everything is mixed thoroughly.

The mass is poured into some well-molded molds and must now be in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then they are baked for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven of 200 degrees. The baking time may vary depending on Oven type (gas or hot air), but the fondants must be baked for as long as they can be removed from the molds (therefore important with well-painted molds) and still floating inside.

The funders are served hot with vanilla ice cream and possibly. Berries or fruit.
