Instructions for Chocolate fudge-pie (own recipe)

To prepare the Chocolate fudge-pie (own recipe) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Com mørdejen in a pie dish with a diameter of approx. 23 cm., and prick the bottom with a fork all over the place. If there are any dough left over (which comes up over the edge of the form, this can be saved to a possibly lid or Groove pattern on the pie).

Put a piece of wax paper over it, and fill it with beans or other. Pre-baked in the oven at 190 degrees c. alm. oven for 20 minutes.

Beat the sugar and eggs for a long time, for as much as possible of the sugar is dissolved. Snap off approx. 150 g chocolate into pieces and melt it in a pan of water bath, along with the cream.
Chop the remaining 50 g. intermediate rough.
Remember to stir sometimes into the Pan, and then mix carefully mix in egg mixture, as well as an extra splash of cream. (It does not matter if the mass would only be "marbled" in color.). Came the last chopped chocolate and mix it into the egg mixture.

Pour the mass in pie plate (if there was pastry back can this now rolled out and cut into strips, if desired, and placed in a pattern on the top), sprinkle with sugar cane.

Behind this at 160 degrees c. alm. oven for approximately 40-45 minutes. At slightly below the Middle Groove in the oven.

Cool the pie, and eat it with whipped cream or sour cream, if necessary. with a little chopped chocolate on top.

Tips:
You may want to. get a little kirsch, grated orange peel, or orange liqueur in the cake to give it an extra oomph. Or you can sprinkle the cake with e.g. sesame seeds, along with the cane sugar before going in the oven, only creativity sets the limits ... If you select kirsch, orange liqueur or orange zest to this mix in the egg mixture along with the last chopped chocolate.
