To prepare the Chocolate ice cream with macaroons recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it together with a ½ dl. of the cream. Egg yolks and powdered sugar whipped airy chocolate mass and stir in. Piskefløden whipped and reversed in conjunction with brandy. The mass is poured into a mold. Press crushed macaroons slightly down in the ice.
Freeze 5-6 hours.
