Instructions for Chocolate-Orange Cake

To prepare the Chocolate-Orange Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter a springform ca. 20 cm. in diameter.

Beat the sugar and butter/margarine together in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs a little at a time and whisk thoroughly after each time. Gently turn the flour and bagepulveret in.

Share cake batter in two parts. Com cocoa and milk in one half and stir until mixed. Mix the orange juice and the grated orange peel in the second half.

Com scoops of the two mixtures in the greased baking Tin and gently pull the two mixtures into each other with a chopstick or similar in order to achieve a marbled effect. Let the cake bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees c. alm. oven for 25 minutes or to the feels elastic.

Let the cake cool in the mold for a few minutes before it passed on a wire rack and cooled completely.

To stir icing sugar glaze with so much orange juice to the get a smooth consistency. Put icing on the cake and it congeal slightly. Decorate with a thin stroke pattern of melted chocolate.

Tips:
When my friend and I made the cake melted butter/margarine, we don't ... and was just sugar-butter lumps ... and it is also finely enough ... :)

Came like grated orange peel from a whole Orange instead of a half..

Instead of melted chocolate, you can also easily use chocolate glaze ... and we got nor quite as much icing on when we think that it becomes too sweet ...
