1tbspCoffee. instant. powder
1dlPotato flour
100gDark chocolate 44%
2tspBaking soda
2dlSugar
2.5dlWhipped cream
3tbspCocoa
4Eggs

Instructions for Chocolate Roulade (With Chocolate Fill)

To prepare the Chocolate Roulade (With Chocolate Fill) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start by warming cream and chocolate into a small saucepan so the chocolate is melted, put on the fridge.

Set the oven to 225 degrees. Put baking paper in a 30x40 cm frying pan.

Whip egg and sugar well together. Mix potato flour, cocoa and baking soda in. (Stir it all together)

Bring the dough into a pan and place it in the middle of the oven for 5-7 minutes. (Remember to keep an eye on the dough, because if it is baked too much it can not be rolled!)

TURN OVER! Chop on a piece of baking paper with sugar. Remove the paper it is baked and let it cool on a grate for a couple of minutes.

Whip the cold cream / chocolate mixture stiff and spread it all over the roulade bottom / dough and roll it together on the long side (Quiet)

tips:
You can melt noqet chocolate and spray it through a papercrumbs. (Fine with some gold dust) Or mix it with some jams!
