Ingredients for Choko banana muffins

1dlLiquid margarine (0.5 for each portion)
1dlCocoa milk (matilde is good (for chocolate portion))
150gRoughly chopped cooking chocolate (100 gr. of chocolate mixture)
2Eggs (one for each portion)
2Very ripe bananas (the banana dish)
2tspSoda (one for each portion)
2tspVanilla sugar (one for each portion)
2.5dlA38 or other fermented milk product (1.75 dl. for each portion)
230gSugar (115 to each portion)
24–30American muffin cups
260gHveemel (130 to each portion I use gluten)
3tbspLiquid acacia honey (2 to the chocolate mixture)
30gGood cocoa powder (to chocolate mixture)

Instructions for Choko banana muffins

To prepare the Choko banana muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 190º alm. oven

For the cocoa distribution (the dry ones):
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the cooking chocolate (100 gr.), Which must be roughly chopped and stir until it is completely blended.

(The wet):
Put the egg in a bowl and whip it a little. Add A38, cocoa milk, margarine and acacia honey. Mix it well together.

Turn the dry ingredients into the wet, thus minimizing waste and gently twist them together.

For banana participation: (the dry):
Same method as the chocolate mix.

(The wet):
Put the egg in a bowl and whip it a little. Put the bananas into small pieces and chop with a whipping until they are completely smashed out. Add A38, margarine and acacia honey. Mix it well together.

Turn the dry ingredients into the wet, thus minimizing waste and gently twist them together.


Put the muffin molds twice and make a large sprig. Chocolate mixture at the bottom of the muffin and top of banana mix to ¾ of the molds is filled and behind for 25 min. There will be about 12-15 muffins.
