Instructions for Chokomousse

To prepare the Chokomousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath of a light sleep. whip the cream and add in the meantime if desired, sugar or vanilla sugar. Stir in the 2 parts together and let stand in refrigerator for ½ to 1 full hour. If a variation øsnkes with fruit: Blend the fruit if frozen or cut fresh fruit into small pieces. Then mix it in (before putting into the refrigerator) or sprinkle it over.
