2tspLight spicy mustard
2Medium-sized onion
2-3dlBroth
4Neck chops
40gButter/margarine/oil

Instructions for Chop chops in mustard sauce

To prepare the Chop chops in mustard sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven up to 180 degrees C.

Brown the chops lightly golden on the forehead and spread them in an ovenproof dish. Season the onions until they are ready and put them at the chops.

Pour the grease from the pan and cook with broth. Season the sky with white wine / vinegar, mustard, estragon, salt and pepper. Smooth it easy with maizena and possibly. A little cream or cream fraiche.
