1/2 - 2tspCayenne pepper
1/4lCoconut milk
1/4Bay leaf
1/4tspGround black pepper
1-2Green el. red chilli fruits (may be omitted in favor of cayennepeberet)
1-2Potatoes
2tspCurry powder (garam masala)
2slicesFresh ginger
2tbspGhee or oil
2cloveGarlic
2tspPaprika
2,5cmWhole cinnamon or 1/2 tsp mixed spices
3Cardamom fruit
3wholeCarnations
500gMinced beef

Instructions for Chopped beef curry from Sri Lanka

To prepare the Chopped beef curry from Sri Lanka recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the meat with the spices.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the potato cubes (remember to let the water run well!) And shake them a few minutes in the oil. Add onion and lemongrass and shake it all for a few more minutes. Add the meat and let it boil for 5 minutes. Before adding coconut milk.

Bring the dish back to the boil and simmer until the sauce is thick.

Served with a little lemon elm. lime juice.
