½-1dlRed wine
1dlBroth
1tbspGreen peppercorns
1tspLight dijon mustard
2tbspWater
25gButter/margarine

Instructions for Chopped pepper steak

To prepare the Chopped pepper steak recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel minced beef with salt and 2 tablespoons of water. Form it for four steaks. Crush green pepper grains and butter them over the steaks. Stir them in butter / margarine 2-3 minutes on each side. Take them off the forehead. Keep them warm.
