Instructions for Chorba (Morocco)

To prepare the Chorba (Morocco) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into very small and thin slices.

Put meat and onions in oil into a pan until it is brown.

Add the half of coriander, water, salt, pepper, peppers, mint and bulgur.

Stir the tomato paste with 1 tbsp. Water and put it in the pan.

Let the soup boil for low heat for about 50 minutes.

Taste the soup with salt and pepper and come out of the coriander just prior to serving.

Serve the soup smoking hot with bread and lemon boats
