Instructions for Christmas cake 2

To prepare the Christmas cake 2 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start melting the butter so it is not too hot when it is in the cake.
Add honey, cane sugar, egg and finely chopped orange peel in a bowl.
Whip a few minutes with high speed electric whistles.
Mix wheat flour with soda, carnations, cardamom and cinnamon.
Stir the flour mixture in the dough with cream and orange juice at low speed.
Stir only until the dough is uniform.
Turn the melted butter into the dough with a dough scraper
Bring the dough into a greased spring form 26 cm
Bake the cake at 160 degrees ordinary oven for approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the mold for about 10 minutes before removing the spring mold and pull the cake over a grate for cooling
Stir the cake and butter the bottom with apricot marmalade
Put the cake together

For chocolate glasses
Bring all the ingredients in a saucepan and melt it together while stirring with low heat.
The mixture should not boil, only heat until it is completely melted.
Pour icing over the cake, and simmer with a little chopped nuts and sugar cream.
