1tspSalt
100gWheat flour
15gYeast
2dlWater
2.5dlLukewarm water
400gPizzamel
50gGrahams

Instructions for Ciabatta

To prepare the Ciabatta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the pan together and leave it covered on the kitchen table until the next day.

Stir hand-warm water, salt and olive oil in the front porch. Add flour and knead the dough on machine or with floured hands by lifting up the dough from the bottom of the bowl. The dough becomes more smooth as it is eaten. Let the dough raise up to approx. Two hours.

Put it on a crispy table and form it into a slice of bread of approx. 30x15 cm, use if necessary. A scraper to push the edges in with. Repeat bread for 45 minutes.

Sieve flour over the bread and leave it 20-25 minutes at 225 degrees on the bottom oven pan.
