To prepare the Ciabattaboller 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix both durum flour and wheat flour together with salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the water in another bowl. Bring the mixture with flour gradually into the bowl of water and yeast. Stir well along the way. Peel the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

Replace the dough after heaving. This is done on a painted surface, like durummel. Then split the dough into two pieces, each shaped like a 20-30 cm sausage. Cut each sausage into three pieces, so you have 6 pieces dough, there are the coming bowls. Let the balls raise for 30 minutes on baking paper.
