14dlSemper fine mix
2Eggs
2tspCinnamon
4pinchSalt

To prepare the Cinnamon buns Gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the fat, pour the milk in and let it be hand-held. Stir yeast out of it.

Add sugar, egg and salt. Mix the flour, but add some flour to when the dough goes out to the table.

Let the dough rise for approx. 20 min. And mix the filling in between.
