The milk lunes (so it is lukewarm) and is placed in a bowl. Crumble yeast in the milk, stir until it is dissolved. Flour and the other ingredients are then mixed in, and it all pours into a uniform dough. Cover the dough and allow it to rise for 30-45 minutes, to double size.
