25gPerfect strew colo gran or different table sweetener
25gSugar
450gWhite wheat
5gSalt
50gRed dot 20% less fat or margarine
50gOil or liquid margarine

Instructions for Cinnamon snails Diabetes 02

To prepare the Cinnamon snails Diabetes 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Udrør the yeast in the lukewarm buttermilk in a large dejskål.
Mix sugar and salt with 3/4 of the flour and pour the mixture in the bowl.
Knead the mass with dough hooks approx. 3 min. at medium speed or in ca. 10 min. with your hands.
Add the rest of the flour and knead until dough is smooth and gets rid of the shield edges.
Let dough raise for about 30 min at room temperature.
Turn the raised dough down and knead it smooth on a table.
Portion dough into 2 and roll each piece out, so they measure approximately 25 x 25 cm.
Mix table sweetener, and cinnamon in a cup and then pipe it with butter.
Butter kanelsmøret out in an even layer on both dejstykker.
Then roll each dejstykke together into a sausage and cut each dejrulle into 12 slices.
Put the 24 snails on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper.
Let the slugs raise ca. 45 min.

Tips:
The small amount of sugar is ok for a diabetic. White wheat is wholemeal wheat flour with high fiber content, which is painted in a special way that gives a fine white flour that looks and behaves like ordinary wheat flour. Bread baked with white wheat is highly suitable for diabetics, since these are not allowed to eat bread that is baked (exclusively) of common wheat flour that gives a too large and rapid increase of a diabetic blood sugar etikers.
