To prepare the Citronmuffins Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the sugar and eggs light and frothy.
Add the fat, milk and lemon juice and stir well.
Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar together and stir mixture into dough along with lemon rind.
Whip until there are no lumps.
