2-2.5dlCrushed biscuits URf.eks. Digest zeal

Instructions for Citronpie

To prepare the Citronpie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt fat and let it cool. Mix the crushed biscuits (or sweet biscuits) into a dough with fat and sugar. Push the dough into a loose bottom and bottom bottom bottom shelf at 200 degrees for about 6-8 minutes. Let the bottom cool.

Sprinkle the eggs and whip egg whites to hard foam and add 1- 1½ dl sugar, a bit at a time, making it easier to mix.

Whip the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar and the cracked shell. Add lemon juice. Whip the cream to the foam. Gently mix the whipped cream, egg white and egg yolk.

Pour the pulp over the pie bottom and put it in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. Take the pizza out 15 minutes before serving and take it out of the mold.
