Instructions for Citrus Marmalade

To prepare the Citrus Marmalade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel all fruits with a crisp potato peeler. Cut the peel into strips according to the desired thickness.
Remove as much of the white barriers from the fruits as possible, cut them apart and blend it all.
Squeeze the juice out of the mass through a sieve or a cloth.
Boil peel, juice and water for 1½ hours.
Let it cool a little. Add sugar and gelling powder and slowly cook again.
Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoonfuls of atamon and then fill the marmalade with glass rinsed with boiling water with the atamon.

A homemade recipe inspired by classic English orange marmalade but with a little more acidity due to the lime and grapefruit and lemons.
