Ingredients for Classic salade nicoise

Pepper
Salt
0.5bundleParsley
1Green bell pepper
1Small zucchini
1Red onion
1canTuna in water (ca. 180 g)
2Eggs
2tbspCapers
2-3Potatoes
3tbspWhite wine vinegar
4Tomatoes
400gGreen beans
6tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Classic salade nicoise

To prepare the Classic salade nicoise recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub the potatoes well and let them cook for 15 min. Flush them with cold water, Willow them and let them be cold. Boil the eggs until they are hard boiled, 8-10 min. Flush them in cold water, Willow them and share them into quarters.

Serve eggs, zucchini, tuna, capers and tomato, both on top of the marinated vegetables. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the salad.
