To prepare the Claus's Tosk in chilli tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start making tomato sauce.
Cut the slice into thin slices and together with the yellow pepper, even in thin strips, swap them shortly. Bring the tomatoes in and then butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chilli. Let it simmer a little and taste it so.

tips:
You can always see when a fish has gotten a lot, so there will be "foam" (egg whites) between the fish flakes. The fish is super good if the flakes distinguish nicely with no white foam at times.
